MxO Config is a little tool I wrote to bring UserOpts.cfg to the masses. Ok, so there are no masses, but maybe a few people will find it useful. This utility makes it easy to specify common settings in UserOpts.cfg. It also allows you to easily switch profiles, so you can have separate settings for gameplay, recording video, taking screenshots, etc. There are a few other things I'd like to add that I haven't got around to yet.
